​LNW Livestock is a small family-run business located in the Western Downs. We take pride in sourcing and raising quality young cattle to suit your needs and budget.

Leon and Niamh are both extremely experienced in the livestock industry.

 

Leon has qualifications in Dairy Herd Management and has managed Beef and Dairy farms in both Ireland and New Zealand before settling in Australia working on broadacre farms and feedlot prior to commencing trading as LNW Livestock. 

 

Niamh has a Masters in Animal Production Systems and specialises in Animal Health having worked extensively in feedlots and on-farm and focuses mainly on the calves, foster cows and young weaners. 

 

Our cattle are sourced from saleyards and direct from farm. On arrival, all cattle are drenched and drafted into lots by sex, breed, age, weight. 

Calves are trained onto foster cows, fence feeders or buckets. Foster cows are available periodically.

We are located in a tick-free zone.  For cattle going to a tick area, we are able to assist in obtaining and administration of the tick vaccine.  

​

We offer competitively priced transport for small loads and have a network of transport providers who will cover most destinations and larger numbers of cattle.
